The water is not hot even there is water flowing into the machine.

This could happen from 2 reasons:

1. Problem: Shower head is clogged from

dirt or limestone

Solution: Clean or remove the bloackage from the shower head

2. Cause: ELSD cut off

Solution: Press the Reset button.
