Application • This space saving compact instantaneous water heater supplies several draw-off points with DHW, for example for the shower and bathtub. It can be used for group supply in the bathroom. • The unvented, pressure-tested appliance is combined with commercially available pressure taps.

Convenience features • The electronically controlled compact instantaneous water heater offers temperatures accurate to the degree up to the maximum output, which can be set variably and manually with a rotary selector. • The instantaneous water heater has a large, backlit display that is easy to read.

Efficiency • The appliance achieves energy and water savings of up to 30 % through electronic output control with 3i technology. Three sensors ensure that the set temperature is achieved to the exact degree up to the output limit. Only the amount of energy required is expended; there is no need to add cold water at the tap. Since there is no possibility of cylinder or line losses, the unit is characterized by very good energy efficiency. • The instantaneous water heater is suitable for operation with preheated water from solar thermal and heat pump systems.

Installation • Quick and easy wall mounting with the Profi-Rapid installation system. Direct fitting through the appliance back panel enables easy compensation of drill hole discrepancies. • The appliance cover has a central screw that makes it easy to open. • When surface-mounted, a quick, universal water connection is facilitated by the 1/2" brass water connections at the bottom. Optional accessories are available for flush mounting with concealed water connections. • The instantaneous water heater can also be connected to plastic pipework. Follow the pipe manufacturer's instructions in that case. • Easy, flexible mains connection at the top or bottom when flush mounting and at the bottom or sides when surface mounting. • An LED diagnostic traffic light is integrated for fast fault analysis. • The internal assembly can be completely removed without the back panel.

Safety • The rapid Direct Coil™ bare wire heating system is suitable for hard or soft water. • The electronic safety concept is equipped with air detection. • The internally adjustable static temperature limit serves as anti-scalding protection and childproofing. • The AutoShield safety system protects from harmful leakage current via integrated isolation barrier. Any potential leakage current is reduced to a level that is far below the tripping current of commonly used ELCB’s.
